Suitable for lunches and dinners of your events, and for catering of transit groups passing Pärnu. With group menu, the client can put together a suitable menu by selecting a dish from each course.

Main course 8 eur

•  Chilli lime marinated chicken fillet with herbed beetroot ragout and creamy curry sauce
•  Steamed salmon fillet with potatoes, carrots, and broccoli ragout and béarnaise sauce
•  Beef steak served with herb potatoes, vegetable julienne, and pepper sauce
•  Baked pork chop with potato cake, bacon bean roll, and mustard sauce

Vegetarian 7 eur

•  Creamy vegetable pasta with roasted cherry tomato and parmesan cheese

Dessert 3,5 eur

•  Blueberry cake served with berry sauce
•  Meringue roll served with chocolate sauce
•  Berry dessert gratineed with sabayon sauce
•  Creme brulee

The following is served with the menu: rye and white bread, flavored butter, ice water

We recommend Strand house wine with the meals.
House wine by pre-order (12 cl) 2,00 €, on arrival 2,50 €.

* We expect the same menu to be ordered for the whole group and paid according to a single bill.
* Please select only one meal from each course if completing the group menu.
