Strand Spa & Conference Hotel offers a Christmas menu for groups during the winter. There are both table service menus and buffet menus available. 

 

CHRISTMAS MENU - 3-course meal

We offer a Christmas menu with table service for a group of 8 people or more.

 

APPETIZERS 8€

Smoked cheese soup with shrimp and pesto

Olivier with duck meat and smoked bacon

Plinis with sour cream and trout roe, pickled onion and radish salad

 

MAIN COURSES 15€

Pike perch fried with ginger flour, potato cream, pickled vegetables, lemon sauce

Duck leg confit, cherry sauce, pumpkin cream with seeds, winter radish salad

Long-cooked pork leg in fried sauce, sauerkraut, potato gratin, vegetable bouquet

 

DESSERTS 6€

Warm chocolate cake with ice cream

Gingerbread tiramisu with lingonberry jam

Cream brûlée with fresh berries

 

Please choose one menu for the entire group. We offer à la carte menus for groups of less than 8 people.
If there are vegetarians in the group, the kitchen will prepare a vegetarian dish for them from fresh vegetables and fruits.
Please order at least 72 hours in advance. The price includes VAT. For groups of over 30 people, we recommend our Christmas buffet menu.
